Frequently asked questions
Find your next step with booking, visits, insurance, records, and pharmacy choices.
Sign in to your DoctaRx account, choose a service and available clinician, review your health information and consent, then select a time and confirm. Your appointment details show the recorded time, provider, and current status.
Insurance availability depends on your account, the service, and a contracted insurer. You can save your card details in Insurance and benefits. Saving a card does not verify coverage; benefits, authorization, and payment responsibility need confirmation for the service you choose.
Open your visit from your account, check your camera and microphone, and follow the care team’s admission instructions. A camera preview is not a connected consultation. Use the controls during the call to manage your devices and leave when you are finished.
Your clinician decides whether a prescription is appropriate. Review your recorded instructions and prescription status in your account. Confirm receipt, availability, and pricing with the selected pharmacy before arranging pickup or delivery.
Open the appointment in your account and use the available cancellation or rescheduling action. Review the terms shown for your service. If an action is unavailable, contact your care team; a cancellation request is complete only when its updated status is confirmed.
Use your account to review your profile and available health records. Access is limited by account role and clinical relationship. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled, and the support team can help with access requests.
Your account shows available membership plans, approved prices, and recorded subscription status. Review the applicable terms before purchasing. A checkout redirect does not establish a completed payment, and membership is separate from insurer coverage.
Use your device location, or choose a city or area labelled Home, Work, or Another area. A manual area replaces GPS for that search. Directory results show recorded business details; confirm opening hours, stock, licensing, and insurance participation directly with the pharmacy.
Open Health records in your account to review the visits and documents available to you. Some clinical information may remain under review or await release. A loading error does not mean your records are empty; use the retry action or contact your care team.
